As the Everleigh Vernon Hills Community Manager, Celina brings nearly two decades of property management experience to EVH. With a background in Multi-family & Senior Living Communities, Celina is finding Active Adult to be a perfect blend! Originally from a small town in Central IL, she understands the importance of community and knows that a home is so much more than four walls.

Cassie Ito

Sales Consultant

Cassie is the Sales Consultant here at Everleigh Vernon Hills. She has made a career out of helping people find their "just right" home with experience as a realtor and working in Senior Living communities throughout the North Shore. Cassie has lived and traveled throughout the US and several countries. With her extensive experience, Cassie understands the power of making a good move that is in alignment with where a person is in life. Cassie is obsessed with customer satisfaction, and is a bad but enthusiastic dancer.

Jackson Wesley

Sales Consultant

Jackson is an enthusiastic and dedicated leasing agent with a passion for helping people find a wonderful place to call home! Known for his warm and friendly demeanor, Jackson goes above and beyond to ensure that every client feels comfortable and valued throughout the leasing process. His commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail has made him a wonderful addition to the EVH team! When not on the clock, Jackson enjoys golfing as a casual hobby, finding it a relaxing way to spend his free time outdoors.

Holly Nagel

Lifestyle Coordinator

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, Holly loves creating a vibrant community by working with its residents, as well as a strong team, to develop a robust and varied activity schedule. She brings over 30 years of experience into her role developing custom programming for Active Adult and Senior Living communities. In addition, as a business owner, she has demonstrated success in program development, event planning and entertainment. She believes having fun is serious business, makes laughing a priority, and believes butter is its own food group.

Knoal Fredrickson

Service Supervisor

As Service Supervisor, Knoal brings 25 years of customer care and service experience to Everleigh Vernon Hills. Having had the opportunity to service some 20,000 plus homes, this is where he learned what the service industry is about, helping people. Nothing makes Knoal happier than to help resolve a maintenance issue, even if it is at home helping one of his 3 boys fix another toy they have broken.

Assistant Community Manager

Rocio is our Everleigh Vernon Hills Assistant Community Manager. Rocio's career started in Multi-Family Communities a decade ago with the set mind of commitment to excellence. Rocio has resided coast to coast throughout the U.S. and in other countries. She is thrilled to welcome you to our community and provide authentic customer care to you and your loved ones. For Rocio, home is more than a place, it is a feeling.

Jonathan Bucsa

Service Tech

Jon is the newest member of the Everleigh Vernon Hills Service Team, as our Service Tech. With a background in education, Jon, is great with people and is a wealth of knowledge on nearly any subject! He is excited to branch out into Active Adult Communities and looks forward to getting to know the EVH residents.
