Ever since I moved here to Everleigh/Lakeline I have learned so much Games I never knew existed, made so many friends. Everyone here is so friendly helping you anytime you need help, Staff is outstanding. Our maintenance team is right there when you need them. You don’t have to sit and wait until some one finally shows up to fix whatever needs to be repaired as it was the Place I moved from and it is done with a smile. Over all the landscaping is wonderful. However been living here for almost 5 years and things need to be refreshed. Outside of some doors need repainting. I see other senior living and once a year they get live entertainment like a band for a dance in the community.

My wife and I have been living in a Everleigh Short Pump facility in Richmond, Virginia for the past 2 years. We love the Everleigh approach and have decided to move to Austin, Texas where our daughter’s family live only 4 miles from the Everleigh Lakeline facility. The staff at the Everleigh Lakeline facility have been so helpful in the transitions process.

When we moved in 4 years ago, this coming April, we were thrilled to be living in such an active, enthusiastic community. However, as time has gone on, we find that active members no longer choose to live here. There are more and more people moving in who have mobility issues, early signs of dementia, and can not participate in activities. This is very discouraging. I don't know the reason for this, but it does make me pause to consider moving somewhere else where being an active senior is more prevalent.

Notices, like the Labor Day notice, need to be sent a day earlier. There is nothing more maddening than to receive the notice after the event/cancellation. I have never found it convenient to test the pool, but we are both happy that its problems have finally been fixed. I do not see why you cannot post a couple of speed limit signs in the parking lot. The police do not have to enforce it, it can be enforced by the residents and workers, by turning in the name of the violator. The "selling staff" needs to draw in younger/more active folk, not people who are in need of being in assisted living.

The people who live at Everleigh Are the best. I recently moved from one apartment to another in the Everleigh complex. The morning of my move There were seven or eight people with large wagons there to help with the move. As the morning progressed others showed up to help. It took two hours for these fine folks to move boxes that took me two weeks to pack! Yes, Living at Everleigh is a Joy.

I'm very frustrated that we cannot move tables to sit with friends during Thursday's mix and mingle. They say it reduces the number of seats, but it does not. We pull in more chairs to the tables than they originally seat. For two 4-seating tables, we usually pull up 10 or 11 chairs. It seems that the management wants to control us as if we were children. Very sad and disappointing. Additionally, we are now informed that we cannot have umbrellas on our porch. The sun is oppressive in some of the apartments, and this is a new rule. It appears that once again, we are being treated like children. Sad, sad, sad.

A unique and enjoyable community at EVERLEIGH Lakeline complex. Very convenient location with neat and clean surroundings. The Management is extremely cooperative and understands elder community requirements. They work hard in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities and activities are well selected.

We love the structure and amenities plus the location. Maintenance staff is excellent but the grounds need to be focused on to make them better..making progress but slow. Having a Pool issue for 5+ months this winter was very frustrating as this is a main attraction of living at Everleigh. I do have frustration with the Portal and other attention given to fix technology that is not performing correctly. I hate to be cast as a demon when just working to fix something that is not performing as designed. I look at this as home and thank you for making this location available to us.

I have now lived here for 4 1/2 yrs and wouldn’t live anywhere else. The staff is top notch for the most part and I especially want to give a gold star to Melinda, our activities director. Her constant ideas and enthusiasm with new activities are looked forward to by all. She always has a smile for everyone and participates fully in our activities whether it be wearing a costume for the occasion or cooking a special dish for an activity. Her energy and imagination shine through every day. She is definitely an asset to Everleigh in all ways and is loved by the residents❣️

The place is kept clean, the maintenance is excellent. Many games are offered., We have church services on Sunday and get together each Thursday evening. Unfortunately, the management caters to a certain group of people making many residents feel unwelcome.

Family of Friends and I feel comfortable to meet any or all residents. A variety of activities to keep all busy. It would be nice to create activities that would help explore the knowledge base or life experiences of the residents. Example: a travel board or even a picture board of old pictures to guess the residents name. Games to expand all to share life's experiences. It would be nice to create a helping hands book for all to share..how to use uber, lyft, activities, delivery services, library..we had a ambassador program but maybe we should create a resident review group. As 311, car break-ins and theft bars, phone applications etc. are released keep an active book for all to review. We could also look for resident sponsored training or helping hands activities.

I enjoy living here at Everleigh because of the location, Maintenace and staff that is willing to, and listen to the concerns regarding the property. There are issues when it comes to the residents making their own (Club) to what supposed to be for the community but benefitting to themselves that some have an issue with. I love that there are lots of social gatherings to attend if you do not work. All events are for the day hours. So, if you work, then you are on your own as far as entertainment after hours. The biggest CON is the fact even though it is a nonsmoking property, we have residents that still smoke, weather through their windows, inside or on their balcony. We have a very nice pool, but after hours you can suffocate from the smoke.

Staff is wonderful and caring. I wish the property management would put more handicapped ramps in the parking lot area. Also it would be nice to have automatic door openers inside the building to main common areas. I see so many people who struggle getting thru the doors with walkers, scooters etc. as well as people with no problem walking just the fact that the some of the doors are so heavy. This is a awesome facility with a fantastic staff.

I am returning to Everleigh after being away for 11 months. I have many friends and the activities keep me engaged and healthier. The management tries hard to accommodate everyone. I can’t say enough about how good they are from the manager to maintenance staff to the house keepers, thank you staff. I am so happy to be going home. The only reason I give 4 1/2 stars I’d the security system that goes out so easily with storms. I have been locked out and soaked in the rain. The staff have repeatedly had to reset the system and struggle to find a solution. I hope it will be fixed when I return.

Love it here! The apartments are beautiful and so are general areas. When I visited other apartments general areas were not as lit, halls were less lit and narrow! I feel very safe in my apartment! And there are activities that keep me busy! Plus the dog park is the best!

Management has established an ambience of active involvement and participation that inspires residents to take initiative as well as to participate. There are groups here, like the Pickleball Group and the Poker Group, but they are not cliques. I feel welcomed by everyone. There is a strong sense of inclusion and friendliness.

Nearly four years here! Love the gorgeous trees that lined the path to an old mansion! These massive trees used to soak up water so a carriage was able to move along the path more easily. People here quite friendly and we look out for one another. So many activities to join or not, as you wish, movie theatre, pool table and heated lap pool. Just signed a new lease because Everleigh has treated me so well!

Austin Saved Trees and nice walking pathways along with stores and professional services close by. Variety of residents with similar retirement values. Would like to see expanded routine cleaning activities...BBQ Grills, outside furniture, vacuum dead bugs from all rooms and hallways, window cleaning..the pool is incredible and excellent.

I have been here a little over a year and a half and have not found one thing to complain about. I love my apartment and its location. I can’t see myself living anywhere else. The office staff couldn’t be more helpful and willing to listen to different ideas of changes and additions to try. We have had a continental breakfast served to us Monday thru Friday and just recently they have added omelets or waffles one of the days. We also have thirsty Thursdays every week where each has a theme and our cook extraordinaire makes us something to match the theme of that day. Our maintenance team is unbelievably efficient and you never have to ask for something twice nor wait for one of them to knock on your door. I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Why is it that everything has to have a charge, like reserve parking, or anything that is offered to the residents. Does that mean people with handicap plates or DV will be charged to park in those spaces? There are not enough handicap parking available.

Management always reacts with a knee jerk when anyone complains. Cooler heads would sit back a day or two and consider all sides affected. Talk to those affected then make a decision. Of course, safety and security items need to be addressed immediately.

In general, I have no complaints regarding this community. I wish the traffic in the area was less, but that is a separate issue. The noise from all the construction is disturbing at times, however that is not an Everleigh issue. The Staff is superb.

The Residents at Everleigh Lakeline 60+ Apartment community are friendly and welcoming. Activities are plentiful and fun. The social fellowship is pleasant and there is always someone to join you with a cup of coffee and a chat. Now that Spring is here, the property has many blooming plants. Residents are now filling their garden spaces with vegetable plants too.

Its more than I even dreamed of. The staff is fantastic and the apartments are unbelievable! In addition, the prices also are the lowest I could find in Austin. The amenities are great and any store you can think of is within 7 miles of us and most are even closer. I don’t plan on ever moving out. There’s not a better place in Austin❣️

After living here for over three years, I have spoken about friends and neighbors being so kindhearted and friendly so many times. This time, I’ll talk about emergency weather situations. The staff and crew are remarkable in times of emergency. We have freezing weather right now with possible ice and snow. The staff and crew have been awesome, having a special “Town Meeting” to inform us of everything we need to know. They are all so friendly and sincere about letting us know they will be here to take care of all the needs of renters and buildings. We all feel well taken care of and alert to possible problems. Great job and thank you, management and staff!

Very nice choice for senior apartment as the staff so accommodating and residents friendly and welcoming! Apartments have huge windows for lots of light and residents have lots of privacy. My only issue is our coded gate system which I have yet to work for my visitors.

I enjoy each day! There is something for everyone – whether it’s a card game or puzzle or exercise class. I also like that Everleigh Lakeline is always clean. And anytime I am out of my apartment, I always seem to run into somebody with a big smile on their face and typically have a short conversation.

Staff very friendly and responsive. I wish there was a choice financially to opt for provided breakfast and food at Happy Hour, but reaiize most occupants probably want it provided. My biggest complaint is lack of assured parking and so few garage spaces.

The resident every night at 9pm comes on walks the floor several times back and forth. Then does laundry late at night. Water coming down the drain is very loud along with flushing. This every night sane time

Nice community of relatively active people. Most residents are friendly and ready for get togethers, be it pickleball, card games, Thursdays, or "private" residents birthday parties, cookouts, or drinks around the fire pit. The atmosphere is very social. Maintenance is excellent and quick to respond. Community housekeeping is understaffed. General management is accessible.

Everleigh Lakeline just keeps getting better and better! Tonight, we're having a Halloween Party with great decorations! They have inspired me to go in costume! There is an upcoming Thanksgiving dinner for residents and their families! We have a reading showcase in which authors and would-be authors have a chance to express themselves and share their literary creations. Of course, we still have the pickle ball and table tennis, the card games and exercise classes. There is something for everyone!

Everleigh Lakeline has a lot of excellent amenities to make it a great place to live. But more than that are the people, both staff and residents - The quality of good people in our community is excellent. The residents look out for each other and we find ways to stay engaged within our community either through games or get-togethers. The staff is also excellent. They care for our well-being and provide some great choices for community gatherings. Only downside right now is the heater in the pool is not working. It works if you want a good polar swim.

I have been enjoying the sit and stand strengthening activities for my health. During the week I am able to use the gym to use the weights and I also use the pool to do aqua fitness. I am also learning to do yoga. Enjoying ping-pong and Pickleball with tenants in my community and making new friends.

Everleigh, you have really upped your game. Live music and party atmosphere on some of the Thursday Mingles really add to the atmosphere of living here. I've noticed a lot more smiles on the residents' faces. They are really enjoyable. Hopefully, the staff is not getting too tired.

Living in this EVERLEIGH 60 + community is great pleasure. The daily work schedule and activities keep us fully occupied and there is no scope to feel idle and bored. My wife and I have been enjoying here for the last 2and half years. The management is very cooperative and open to suggestions. The maintenance team is very responsive. I am very happy here, everyone is so nice and there are so many things to do. Maintenance is great at there job, I put a maintenance request in and they came out right away to take care of the problem. Office personnel are great, you can go to the office anytime and ask questions and they will give you the answer or they will find out the answer. Everyone here is so helpful. Residents are so friendly, no matter where I am they all stop and talk to me. If anyone is looking for an apartment you really need to check this 55+ community.

I have stayed at Everleigh for a couple of reasons. The maintenance team is awesome and go over and above in their friendly attitudes and prompt service. Second reason is I feel reasonably safe here which is a big plus. Although I don’t participate in a lot of activities, it makes me smile to watch and hear everyone else having a great time. Things that still need to be addressed despite my many surveys I have filled out. • The exterior doors are not ADA friendly. The fobs go out frequently and there still isn’t a plan in place to address this, especially when they seem to go out at night or during storms. And the fobs (when they work) only unlock but don’t open. It pains me to watch people in wheelchairs and walkers trying to negotiate the doors. The doors should open automatically when a fob is swiped similar to hotel and other commercial entrances. • The mandatory trash fees should be a choice, not mandatory. If you must charge, charge those that want the service.

Never thought I would like living in an apartment, but I love the community spirit, the games, Thirsty Thursday, exercise classes, and all the other activities available. Meeting new friends and learning about their past lives and even adopting some of their ways and food. Just love this place!

Maintenance group is very responsive. Community areas are very good (could use some better lighting in Ping Pong room and sound just bounces around the Great Room). Pool well maintained, exercise and yoga rooms are great. Fire pit and gas grilles are an unexpected joy. Thursday evening get togethers range from fantastic (Casino Night) to disappointing (insufficient meals at Elvis night). Office group is generally hard working and open to discussion on short comings. There is a great feeling of community if you put out a little effort.

Everleigh Lakeline is a lovely, fun apartment community. We have a new General Manager who is a responsive, consummate professional. She has initiated many improvements to the property and for the comfort of the residents. The residents are friendly and caring. This new staff has been a breath of fresh air!

My move out was complicated but the staff of Everleigh was without any words the best. I my move was do to medical complications that required my move to another state. EVERLEIGH did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. It would have been a nightmare without the availability of the amenity suite that is available to residents and their guests at the apartment complex.

I have only been here a short time. We are fortunate to have a great staff and lovely apartments with huge windows. Most residents are super friendly and dogs of all sizes welcome. Landscape is lush and well kept with many trees for shade and beauty. Pool so pretty with lounge chairs on a ledge in the water. Melanie forsaw the need for new chair cushions and umbrellas so area is never neglected.

I have been here now over 6 Month (02/23/23) and still love being here , made some dear caring Friends , Staff is outstanding , Maintenance is fantastic , put in a request and it is taken care of in no time, and activities the possibilities are limitless ,I learned how to play Mahjong (thank you Voncille) the 3 Musketeers ,you know who you are , taught me how to play Canasta , with lots of laughter , joined the Thespian Comedy Club , and lets not forget our Thursday Night Social hour , with good Friends and good Food , I have not regretted moving to Everleigh looking forward to being here for a long time , God willing. blessings to all

The management team is amazing. Melaine is not only responsive to resident needs and requests, but she also initiates activities like planting flowers and establishing a Resident Ambassador Program. Melinda is such a hard worker, and she prepares amazing Thirsty Thursday food. We love Anavey. Always pleasant and helpful. And the maintenance staff is unparalleled. I love living here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Love my home sweet home at Everleigh. Convenient to stores, shopping, hair salons, car wash, grocery stores, my church, dry cleaners, kennel and puppy cleaning. Wonderful friends and opportunities for staying busy with games, conversations with friends and wonderful Thursday night get-together complete with yummy food. 5-day a week continental breakfast and friendly conversation with the breakfast club group. Our new management has made such a possitive influence in our campus! Landscaping improvements, using our own people who love to garden to plant provided materials. The hallways have been vacuumed more frequently which really improves appearance of pathways. Additional cleaning people have been added improving health conditions for all out meetings and get togethers.

Residents and recent staff changes continue to develop a new feeling of family of friends life style here at Everleigh Lakeline. Since opening in 2020 the residents have learned to work together to survive power outages with the snow storm of 2021 and ice storm of 2023. Life is good where we can live senior indecent life style plus share family fun with our kids and grand kids that live in the Austin area or other remote locations. We enjoy a well balanced life style.

This is a unique residential community where every resident becomes a family member. The management organizes weekly and monthly activity schedule , which is very interesting and keeps residents fully occupied. No time to feel lonely! Very enjoyable and loving.

1.Puppy Park needs more mulch. The liners are flipping up and easy to trip over as I pick up poop. 2.Flower bed to the right of stairwell #3 exit needs perennial plants & native grasses that thrive in shade.Dirt in that bed runs off in front of the gate to stairwell #3 EVERY TIME it rains. 3.Every door needs new door mats (one inside, and one outside.Doesn't have to be Everleigh door mats) to reduce the mud & grass tracked inside the complex. 4.Every flower bed needs mulch over the whole flower bed NOT just dumped in spots. Other comparable 60+ communities have nice landscaping. Us, not so much. 5.Wooden fences facing N. Lake Creek Parkway need spike strips installed on the tops of the fences.It's bad enough a homeless guy got into the building & stripped down to lie in the hallways, now one guy has vaulted a wooden fence terrorizing the new residents.Residents in these units are discussing buying guns. That's all we need, a bunch of armed old ladies.Time to protect your residents.

I love living at Everleigh Lakeline. The community of seniors living here are a fun group of folks. We have several activities each week, some provided by staff and many by residents, that give us an opportunity to develop friendships and keep active within the community. In addition, the apartments are modern and spacious and the grounds and common areas are kept clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always handled professionally and timely. I highly recommend living here at Everleigh Lakeline.

Everleigh is everything I expected to be. The apartment is very nice, well equipped and plenty large for me. Activities are scheduled everyday. There are numerous card games, dominoes, pickle ball, crafts, book club, and the list goes one. Very nice fitness and yoga rooms and a great pool. The people are all very nice and friendly. I have only been here for about 7 weeks but know I have found my ideal retirement home

Excellent trees and variety of areas to relax and share community spirit. We could use some umbrellas for the common ground areas and the tables. We should consider summer hours for Pickleball and not have to wait till 10am to play into the hot hours of the daytime sun. A site review of pathways would be nice to include Building 4/5 shortcut to the commom area and a better path than walking on mulch. It would be nice to have a resident and management communication session to improve resident experience. Maintenance is excellent and very prompt on portal requests. RSVP system is non-functional and reservation system is non-responsive to requests. Clean up crew could do better job on

In general amenities, dwellers and activities are very nice. Prompt maintenance when needed. Would like to see methods to discuss mandates from management and participation from residents to help develop harmonious living. Very disappointed that pickle ball cannot start till 10 am as a 9 am summer start would be a better heat compromise for an active community. Mandates from staff are one way only in a demeaning fashion.

The folks in the front offices are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate that. The staff that care for our facility—the lady that mops, the guys that fixes things, the guy that solves the problems—are all intelligent, efficient and caring. I consider them friends and never take them for granted. Our home is clean and neat and I am proud to show it to family and friends.

It is a warm, welcoming, friendly group of residents, and residents have initiated interesting activities such as ping pong (table purchased by residents), a piano for community use (piano purchased by residents), and card and board games. I appreciate the exercise classes offered, even when I cannot personally attend. I give a lower rating because there is only one staff member who seems to have any people skills or to even care about the residents.

This community is fabulous. The staff and residents work together to create the best living and social life experience. Organized activities by both staff and residents are fun and entertaining. Staff is very attentive and courteous to requests for maintenance and general assistance.

Very professional updates on Covid prevention and working with all to minimize Covid spread. Through the difficult days of Covid Everleigh Lakeline has continued to promote safety concerns and worked to make the apartment dwellers be the sponsors to successfully minimize Covid exposures. It is a large community to have large events and the resources available to the community allows for break out activities as well as apartment sponsored events. All it all happy to be part of Everleigh Lakeline family.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I already feel a part of the community here. I love the trash pick up outside my door. My son was able to stay in the guest suite for a couple nights after our journey here from Minnesota. My dog Charlie loves the dog park and he is making a lot of new friends. It's a great place to live.

Everleigh Lakeline is a really nice community. All the residents so far have been very friendly. Paul, my tour guide, was exceptionally kind and very informative. The community has so many amenities to offer, I can’t wait to move in and begin a new chapter in my life.

There is an ambiance of true community here. Residents take the initiative to plan fun activities like caroling and administration supports the community feel through activities like cookie exchange. The community joined together for a great Thanksgiving potluck and later for the tree trimming. We have a dynamic and fun Holiday feel at Everleigh Lakeline.

Moving here was the best decision my Husband and I could have made. We have flourished here as a couple with all the amazing beautiful events held daily. I love the water Srinivasan classes, gardening and the nature walking trail. The community is opulent and modern amenities.

I love living in this community. The staff is great and so are the residents. I love the 4th floor. As soon as you step out of the elevator, you see Christmas decorations. Great Job!

I was totally blown way by how Everleigh Ed able to meet all my wants and needs in a residence as a recently widowed senior lady. I love the well insulated walls, the room for my grand piano, and the quality of the design features, not only in the apartments, but in the entire facility. I especially appreciate the friendliness and welcoming attitude of all the residents I’ve met at Everleigh. I feel safe and secure and am much closer to all that our city has to offer.

I love it here ?! I never felt so safe, welcomed and appreciated as a resident. I tend to stay away from events, but there is always something going on and I love it. Eventually, I will be doing more things to get to meet more residents.

Loved the Kareoki! The visiting Kareoki hosts even invited me to their event. I would love to get a weekly sing along and I would host it! The cost of the gear might not be in the budget though. I am planning a live music event for both November and December for the holidays so stand by!

The Everleigh Community is "community" in every sense of the word. It attracts friendly, down-to-earth people who are quick to smile and take the time to exchange a friendly word. The dog park is a great place for my Tinker to socialize with his four-legged friends while I enjoy good conversations with the two-leggeds!

The Everly is the best place to live the people that work there and the people that live there are so nice!I love playing cards with the residence and movie night is great and arts and crafts room is phenomenal I go to the gym every morning and work on the bike and then have breakfast in the great room with other residents.

I have enjoyed my move to Everleigh. The “Welcome Home” greeting that I received during the tour validates me now being here. There are lots of events that one could attend. The friendly atmosphere of building a community among the residents. This brings out the sense of belonging of love one to another!

I love it here! The staff is the best. They are always responsive and pleasant. They plan really good activities. The Senior Prom was very impressive. The food and entertainment were perfect. The residents are great too - very friendly.
